Description: Only discovered a few years ago these first coins with a ‘Canadian Shield’ were found stashed away in the vaults of the Gold Reserve of Canada. While most were molten down, the best ones were set aside and this coin can still dazzle with its spectacular cartwheel lustre despite its age. Graded by PCGS as MS64 it only nearly missed GEM BU grade and is beyond the investment in 16.72g of 22ct gold (nearly an ounce) a beauty to behold.
