Description: This is an antique (most likely 1930s) cover from "True Story" magazine featuring artwork by J. Cannert. 8 1/2" x 11 3/4". Note that this is the COVER ONLY - not the whole magazine. Jules Cannert (1890 - 1954) was active/lived in New York and was known for magazine and portrait illustrations. Excellent condition except for some light denting, some light scrunching in the top right corner, a diagonal bend toward the bottom left, and 1" tear on the left and top edges. The rough left edge is where it was removed from the magazine. This will be shipped in an envelope between cardboard stiffeners.
