Description: This is an extremely rare, made only 2 years, all original 1934 Gibson L-50 arched top w/a round soundhole made before it turned into an F-hole Arch Top model the following year. Its beautiful Dark Sunburst finished Adirondack spruce top sports its original raised tortoise'gard. It has a 1 piece mahog neck w/a r'wood fingerboard. Its got Gibson's new straight pearl inlaid script logo & its original 3-in-line open back tuners. She's 14 3/4" wide & 3 5/8" in depth. It's still has its original trapeze tailpiece. Its got maple sides and flat back, still quite glossy w/some nice patina. The guitar has a bit of play time on it but it still plays and sounds great. Its excellent overall w/no cracks nor repairs ever. These pre-date their L-0 & L-00 flat top models & sound just as good. She comes in a nice recent Martin hard shell case.
