Description: These are custom made as a replacement for the factory part. They are 20% thicker and annealed so they are not brittle like the OE screw. Porter Cable discontinued this part 7 years ago. My business has a fleet of 100+ of these saws and hands down if you own ANY other saw with a quick release you will be repairing that quick release all the time, it's a joke, we have tried many. Nothing beats simple, the rest of the saw will out last you. This blade clamp screw is compatible with Porter Cable Tiger Saws 738 type 1,2, and 3 and 9745 type 1.
