Ebel Discovery Steel & 18kt Y/G Diver's Watch #183912

Description: This is an Ebel Discovery SS/18K Yellow Gold Dive wristwatch (model ref. 183913) bought in Paris in 1995, of which I'm the original and sole owner. It is in used yet mint condition. It is a classically-elegant timepiece. While I wore it every day for about 15 years, I took great care of it. Even after the manufacturer's guarantee expired, I had it fully serviced by Ebel in Switzerland every two years at the same time of replacing the quartz battery. This Ebel watch is Swiss made and features a stainless steel case measuring 38mm across without the crown. It features a solid 18K Y/G bezel and crown. The original crown had to be replaced by Ebel and I will gladly include it. I read that older models of the Discovery such as mine contain more gold than newer versions. The light champagne dial features matching gold hands. There is also a date window at 3 o’clock. The sapphire crystal is in excellent condition. This watch comes ready to wear on its original Ebel signed SS/18K Y/G bracelet. The double-locking fold-over clasp ensures a secure fit. It will fit over an 8” wrist with the additional links re-installed. The watch is water-resistant up to 200 m (20 ATM), but would require to be fully serviced so that waterproofing is guaranteed. I will include all the links that were removed at the time. I also have the original box and will gladly include the inside sleeve and cushion but as they were made of a synthetic material, they have deteriorated over time. The Ebel Discovery is a signed “Ebel” high grade quartz movement watch with a battery-operated movement. I had the battery replaced in February 2023. The watch is running great, and always has. It is a great addition to any watch collection and is sure to impress. The original price was approximately €3,200 ($3,500).
