Description: For auction is a very nice vase made by The Fulper Pottery Company of Flemington, NJ. The shape is a triangular handled vase. It is done in one of Fulper Pottery's most beautiful glazes known as "Copper Dust". This vase is quite heavy and large as it measures 9 5/16" tall and 7 1/2" in diameter. The top opening measures 1 13/16" in diameter inside measurements and the bottom ring has a diameter of 3 1/4".The vase displays a tapered bulbous form with two elongated applied angular shaped handles. These handles extend down from the top lip to the very bottom bulbous area where they are attached. This is set against a Green Flambe' background that is pea green in color. The top of the vase is further decorated with the Copper Dust crystals. The crystals are plentiful and run down the vase on both sides with one side having more crystals than the other. This Copper Dust glaze is even on the handles. This is a excellent example of this form and glaze. The vase is considered to be in excellent condition as there are no cracks, chips or dings. There are the typical nuances of tiny pin pops and pimples but nothing too obtrusive. The pictures tell the complete story. The piece is signed with the oval die stamped raised "Fulper" inside a racetrack mark thus dating it to 1916-1922. This is known as shape number 572B in the Fulper Pottery catalog pages and described as a "Vase". This vase would just wonderful on that Stickley. Mission Arts and Crafts Style Bookcase or Cabinet. You Fulper advanced Art Pottery Collectors do not let this one slip by!! PLEASE READ BELOW I want to apologize for slowing down my shipping time. Ebay forced me into managed payments in July 2020. I used to get my money in 24 hours. I now get it in 3-4 business days. I was told it would be better for me and my fees would go down. This has been the opposite as my fees have actually increased and now it takes longer for me to receive the payments. Because of this slowdown I will not ship until the payment has made it into my bank account. No store lets you out of the building with the merchandise unless it is paid for. They are also now charging all sellers a commission of 12.35% on sales tax. Pay Pal used to charge 2.9% payment processing fee but Ebay has changed this to 12.35%. This is an increase of 9.45% on the sales tax portion. They are now making a profit on the sales tax and treating it as a sale which in my eyes is wrong!! They did the same on the shipping charges several years ago. They use to not charge anything and now they are charging 12.35% commission on shipping as well. This has raised the cost to ship items to you, the buyer and this is factored into my shipping charges. If you feel what Ebay is doing is wrong or you don't agree them please contact Ebay and voice your opinion. Maybe if enough of you do this, they will change their policy.
