Up for sale is a nice vintage book from 1924 titled: MARK TWAIN'S AUTOBIOGRAPHY! This autobiography was published as a two-volume set, this is Volume One only. The publication date MCMXXIV (1924) is found on the title page. This is the First Edition of a later, revised autobiography of Mark Twain. CONDITION: This hard back book is complete and intact, in very good condition as evidenced by the photos. The covers are in very good condition with some age-expected corner wear. The inside covers are in very good condition, with minimal cracking and separation present at the front hinge - the back hinge is in nice condition. Both boards are tight to the binding. There is a neatly written gift inscription on the first endpaper dated Christmas, 1924. The pages are in very good condition, the pages are crisp, all pages are tight to the binding. The spine is in good-plus condition with some shelf wear, the lettering is easily read. This is a nice old book that will make for a nice addition to your collection. Comes from a smoke free home.
