I was holding onto the X-Large, just in case (you know how that goes), and what do you know I'm still riding, rowing, and enjoying these shorts in a Large so I'm selling the X-Large!!! New they were $78... If you wear a 38-40, I'd say these would be the right size... NO RETURNS on these as they are NWT I purchased from lululemon direct to me and they are still NWT!
