This was called the Finders Keepers program. This was a huge hit to promote tourists to visit the beach to search for a glass float and be able to keep it. Each float was signed and dated. A label was put on the float so it could be registered on where and when it was found. This contemporary glass float is made with Cobalt Blue, Orange, Yellow and Milk Glass in the shape of sphere.
