This note is very heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding - note is very faded due to excessive wear); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, many dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough/jagged in many areas); many edge indents/nicks (many tears exist and some are larger); very heavy surface wear and fraying (many areas of paper loss exist); one very large inner tear and some smaller holes.
