The kit comes with everything you need; black-anodized knurled aluminum fast-thread knob with cup to push the cartridge, and a black-oxided steel adapter collar that screws right in in place of your original 12-gram plug. Extended version fits PMI-1, P-12, P68-SC, and others of that length.
