REPAIR KIT WATTS N35B Pressure Reducing Regulator Valve

Description: AFTER Market Watts N35B Repair Kit - O-Rings ONLY I have had this Watts Pressure Reducing Valve series in my home for decades. Regularly, about every 5 - 10 years or so, it stops regulating and the downstream pressure builds overnight. As a design engineer who has specified seals for mechanical equipment numerous times, I feel qualified to tackle a replacement set of O-rings that will allow this valve to "keep functioning as intended". I have personally installed this O-ring set in my own valve and it is holding up for about 7 years now. I ordered enough O-rings to pass this kit along to those who do not want to put another $100 +/- bucks down for another cheap piece of crapola from China. Here they are. The O-Rings that I have packaged are for the internals only. The first two (Lt-to-Rt) are for the dynamic (movable) seals. The next two are static seals that seal the access to the inside of the valve. In the past, I have re-used the static seals successfully but have noticed they were compression-set. That is why I sourced them and added them to the set. Be sure not to damage the Diaphragm because that part in not part of this kit and I have not been able to source. Just the o-rings shown are included. The factory Watts repair kit is no longer available. I think you will be happy with these. This is just a way I get a little extra pocket change. We are downsizing anyhow. I am hoping it is exactly what you need.
