The seat bottom suspension sling or webbing strap(s) in the old seats have broken or disintegrated with time. The suspension straps offered here will replace the 4 original straps. Included in this listing are the following:8 new 3-inch wide 10-inch long elastic webbing straps, 4 for each of your seats. The 11" long straps are designed to stretch to a length of approximately 14 inches, the distance between each metal securing hooks on your vintage seats. The straps are approximately the same width as the original factory straps.Approximately 15 new “hog-ring” clips to secure some of the upholstery to the straps or your original strap hooks. Simply remove your seats from the car, removed the old webbing and hooks from the seat pans. Remove any hog-ring clips necessary to complete the job.
