Description: This big sculpture is 26" tall, 19" wide, 14" deep, and weighs 3 lbs. 13 oz. The base is a 10x9x4 piece of burl rootwood, with a central pillar leading up to five cattails. Surrounding that are lily pads and leaves, with a butterfly on either side. All of the metal pieces are made out of thin wire and thin brass, so everything moves (especially the butterflies) when it is moved. Even if you just hit the surface that it stands on, the butterflies start moving. The metal has a general "aged" look, but overall it looks pretty good. The one real flaw to note is that one metal wire from the center only has tiny piece of brass at the end, and I assume something used to be there. The artist etched their name on the top of one of the butterflies, but it's hard to read. It says Sigman, or something close to that. Due to how thin the brass is, some pieces are bent, and will be bent during shipping. They can also be bent back. I will do my best to minimize that.
