No return will be accepted after 14 days unless you have notified me of your intent to certify the stamp within that time period even if the cert comes back negative.About my scans with the light background: I changed from using black Vario pages to transparent pages. This reduces the handling of stamps to scan the backs and provides truer color. The new scans are 1200dpi showing more detail and better color. Other than straightening and cropping, the scans have not been altered in any way.32p17
