Description: Vintage 1930s evening gown maxi dress of net sequins gathered bolero full length. The zipper works well, this has been cleaned. Dress is sleeveless with sequins on the straps and across the front. A few of the seams need repairs done on a sewing machine, they were done by hand in a larger stitch. About 97% of the netting is free of any issues, a few small holes are present near the waist of the skirt netting. Please view the photos. Skirt has 3 layers - Black taffeta underskirt - a plain black tulle then finished with a black tulle netting The bottom netting is trimmed in 2 rows and each row is made up of 5 rows on tiny net ruffles that match the bolero Jacket is a open front and has short sleeves gathered at the shoulders to give fullness It is short and slightly fitted and 5 rows of the same ruffles as the dress make up the body of the jacket It is a rare piece to be found and it is in excellent vintage condition.
