Vintage 1967 Springbok "BONESHAKERS" Okta 100% COMPLETE Puzzle 8005 Velocipedes!

Description: * Vintage 1967 Springbok "BONESHAKERS" ("The Okta-Puzzle") art by Richard Hanley, octagonal 20-1/4" fully interlocking jigsaw puzzle, PZL8005. * The history of Velocipedes is illustrated in vivid green, magenta, and golden yellow. Richard Hanley's wonderfully detailed art is complemented by informative text by Nancy Barber. Made in the USA by Springbok Editions, New York. * Springbok's puzzles are famous for their unique die-cuts, sturdy pieces and clear, richly colored graphics. Within a puzzle, no two pieces are the same! * Puzzle comes in its original octagonal box that measures approximately 14-1/4" x 1-1/2". Completed puzzle is octagonal, 20-1/4" in diameter. * CONDITION: This is an authentic, pre-owned vintage item that is over 57 years old. It is 100% complete (no missing pieces) and is in EXCELLENT (pieces) to VERY GOOD (box) vintage condition. * The pieces are near-mint and truly beautiful--glossy and thick, with vivid colors. They show virtually no wear. I saw NO bent, broken, torn, chewed, or replacement pieces. * The back of the puzzle is RED, with age-typical toning and tiny bits of paper loss. Pieces fit together perfectly (it passes the "pick-up test") and the finished puzzle lays flat and smooth. * Box is clean and sturdy, with small cosmetic issues. Box-top art is excellent and displays well. A very small doodle "P." out near one corner. There are no split corners. The box has some scuffing, age-typical dings to the corners, and some chipping at the edges. One side is a bit indented. There are small bits of clear tape on two of the eight sides; too risky to try to remove. Please view all photos. Box bottom is excellent, with no tape, no scars, and no writing. Inside of box is clean, save for a few tiny spots inside the bottom. * Please view ALL photos, including closeups, and note that everyone's monitor/screen portrays colors, light reflections, and shadows differently. Sometimes there are "white" areas that may appear to be damage, but they are reflections created by the bright lights I use for photography. * No weird odors; just the typical "old puzzle" smell from decades in storage:) * From a smoke-free, feline-friendly home. * PLEASE VIEW ALL PHOTOS and use the "zoom" feature to assess the condition for yourself, as the photos are an important part of this Description. * HOW I PREPARE PUZZLES FOR LISTING: I personally assemble the puzzle. I gently wipe the box and pieces to remove any dust. I generally do not attempt to remove tape or stickers, as this can cause considerable damage if done incorrectly. I do not undo or reverse previous repairs. I check for possible replaced pieces, but these can be difficult to detect.
