Description: H988 is for my reference. Stanley 2-3/8" wide wood plane blade. The blade will fit Stanley bench planes no 6 & 7 and Stanley transitional planes no 28-31. Has the desired T trademark. Blades straight and tall with lots of life left. Little over 7-3/4" tall. I don't think this blade has seen much use. Has some discoloration on the top but otherwise a good used plane. Nice original replacement part. Comes as seen in pics. Any questions just ask.
